Dryades Studios in Andros, are located just a few minutes outside the town of Chora in a green environment. They consist of 40 square meters of independent cottages each, with a private terrace and an uninterrupted view, offering tranquility and comfort.

In addition, near our accommodation, you will find museums with excellent collections (Archaeological Museum, Museum of Contemporary Art), institutions that host interesting exhibitions every summer (Kydonieos), and a number of stately captain’s houses mainly towards the “old market” near the famous square of “Afanis Naftis” and the adjacent Kato Kastro.
The beaches near Chora deserve your preference. From the cosmopolitan Neiborio to the beautiful Paraporti and the bustling Piso Gialia, you have options for all tastes. Outside of Chora, it is worth – if you are an enthusiast – exploring the island’s many marked trails leading to areas of outstanding beauty, such as the nearby route alongside the large river that flows into the village of Livadia and leads to Chora.
It is also worth visiting the wondrous monasteries of the island. In Apikia there is the monastery of Agia Marina with the miraculous icon of Agia Marina, while the monastery of Agios Nikolaos is of exceptional architecture and beauty. In 963 AD the monastery of Panagia Panachrantou was founded by Nikiforos Fokas, where the carafe of St. Panteleimon is located. Finally, the largest monastery on the island, Zoodochos Pigi, is located near Batsi.
