Stylianou Real Estate has been operating since 1999 and is based in Chora of Andros. The object of his works are real estate transactions, real estate management on the island of Andros as well as the preparation of financial studies and estimates. As real estate agents, we are constantly researching the Real Estate Market, providing you with reliable & ideal solutions, providing real estate appraisal advice, financial studies (estimates), etc.

In collaboration with lawyers and notaries, Stylianou Real Estate provides a complete real estate transfer package, which includes securities control (under sale property) as well as real estate transfer contracts. * All properties sold through the real estate agency of Stylianos have been audited from a notarial point of view.

In collaboration with a well-known bank in Greece, we undertake the issuance of loans for the purchase, repair or construction of a house. We can also help to issue a loan from any bank indicated by the buyer. In collaboration with the best engineers and technicians of each specialty of our island, we undertake the repair or construction of your home, consistently and always within the predetermined delivery time, providing daily information to the customer (sending photos by e-mail, notification by fax etc). Information on plots of land, plots, houses, unique properties, new constructions but also for real estate rentals.
