Danaides Studios

Danaides Studios invites you to enjoy all of the sites of the Cycladic island of Greece which is called Andros. Only two hours by ferry from the port of Rafina. Danaides studios is a family owned business with an island air. The story begins with grandma Zafira at 1981 and the name Villa Marimina. Inspired by her daughters Maria and Mina.

Since 2017 the business changed its name and identity; now the hostesses are three; besides grandma Zafira the two next generations of the family where added, each one with her role here to promise an unforgettable stay. Grandma “Yaya” Zafira welcoming you with her handmade sweets, the daughter “Mama” Maria who will surely bring you her hand made cheese pies (tyropitakia) and Maria’s daughter Dimitra that will provide you with everything you need for an memorable stay.

Renovated in 2006, but our weary hostesses add something new and unique each year. Our rooms are air conditioned with wooden and iron beds, LED TV’s and roof fans. They also have fully equipped kitchenettes and fridge. We also provide Wi-Fi coverage in all areas. Private balconies with a sea view and porches with a mountain view and a private garden.

Our accommodation is located 8 kilometres away from the port which allocated in Gaurio and only 180meters from Batsi Bay. The amazing beaches, traditional pathways also lush green valleys are Worth visiting on the island.

We welcome guests into our renovated apartments which have been built with relaxation mind.
