The Altera Pars office was founded in 2007 by Petros Markouizos and Zannis Pittakidis. Our design team believes in creative design and has extensive know-how of materials and construction. Our work covers a wide range in design: offices, shops, workplaces, hotels and tourist units as well as homes, individually and as complexes. Our involvement with the restoration of traditional – historic buildings as well as the restoration of monuments is also important. Apart from Attica, we operate in the Cyclades (Tinos and Andros), but also in the rest of Greece. We offer strong know-how and we always work with experienced engineering consultants.
